Getting out on the water is the perfect social distancing activity for the summer months. We decided to compile a list of some of the coolest water floats and toys to enjoy in the pool, river, ocean or even attached to your boat! We are down for whatever sounds the most fun and will yield the most time on the water. Check them out below!

A day of boating often devolves into “floating” around and simply enjoying the day. Shut the boat off, turn the radio up, and hang out. The Connelly Party Cove Cooler is just the ticket for a day like this. Made of heavy-duty polymer, the Party Cove Cooler has six built-in beverage holders and four molded handles. Pack it with ice and your favorite beverages and while away the time. This cooler is ideal for parties in your local party cove.

Now, we know spikeball isn’t necessarily a watersport, but it is perfect to play with your family outside on the grass or sand. Wherever the day takes you, spikeball is a classic summer game where you can test your competitive side. The Spikeball Store sells all sorts of kits, balls and even have a Spikebuoy attachment if you want to try your hand at spikeball in the water.

Funboy offers a large selection of super fun water floats, from giant versions, sets for families or dogs, and even floats that double as sprinklers. The one we are currently obsessed with is the Floating Bali Cabana Lounger. It will seat a few of your family members so you can enjoy the waves and also have protection from the sun.

Soundfloat is a really cool company that specializes in luxury pool floats that have bluetooth connectivity and

waterproof speakers. The company even offers bundles including an air pump, storage and travel bag! They have multiple options of floats so make sure to check them out here.

These are less often used for leisure and more often used for extreme thrill seekers. Whether you are boating or jet skiing, tie one of these awesome tubes onto the back and strap in for a bumpy, but fun, ride.

Not to be dramatic, but this is a must have for any pool or boating adventure. You will surely be the talk of the town if you bring a huge unicorn built for 4 people with cupholders out onto the water.

Don’t let the summer pass you by without one of these awesome water floats and toys. Sound off in the comments and let us know which one is your favorite! While having fun in the sun, make sure to practice social distancing, safe boating, and enjoy the water with your family!
