My travel dates changed!
How do I change a reservation I made?

We currently do not support reservation modification via our website or app. Please Contact Us with your booking information and new travel dates, and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Can I add additional nights on to my existing reservation?

At this time, you will need to book a separate itinerary to add additional nights to an existing reservation. We recommend referencing your existing reservation in the Special Requests & Notes field in this case to assist the dockmaster on site at the marina.

What is your cancellation policy?
How do I cancel a reservation I made?

Eligible cancellations and refunds are easy! We mirror the marina’s cancellation policy. If you can cancel or modify your reservation based on the marina's cancellation policy, we will gladly assist.

You can use this page to request a cancellation for your reservation by entering in your Confirmation Number and Last Name used during the booking process.

Account holders can also navigate to the My Trips tab of their Account to see all upcoming trips, and select the trip they would like to cancel.

If you have any issues, please Contact Us with your reservation confirmation number and we will be happy to look into this for you.

What is your refund policy for cancellations?

In the event that you are eligible for a refund, depending on the cancellation policy of the specific marina that you booked with, we will strive to process your refund immediately, and definitely within 48 hours of notification of cancellation. Refunds may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.

Where is my confirmation number?
I can't find my reservation. I need a copy of my itinerary.

A receipt with confirmation of your itinerary was sent to the email address provided when you booked your travel. If you did not receive a copy of this email, please check your spam/junk folder. In the event you still cannot find your reservation, please Contact Us with as many details as possible - name, email, dates of stay, marina booked, and our team will be happy to assist!
