MOORING POLICY: The mooring field is first come first serve. Please hail or call into the marina office once you are on site in order to pay for your mooring reservation.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all standard stays. In the event that you need to cancel within the 48 hour window, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. There will be no exceptions for cancellations inside of these periods due to weather or boat issues. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact [email protected].

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 72 hour cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 72-hour window, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. There will be no exceptions for cancellations inside of these periods due to weather or boat issues. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact [email protected].

MINIMUM PRICE: This marina charges a 40' minimum price on all slip reservations.

Prices are extreme after new management takeover. Boaters are voting by empty slips. We will not be coming back.

Waiting an hour for the railroad bridge was not worth the stay. Nice docks and restaurant.

Leaving dockage info with concierge was awkward but effective. Dock hands were polite and very helpful. King mackerel tournament fishermen were polite and quiet.

Two night stay while moving a boat across lake O. Docks are beautiful floating docks, dock staff is helpful and quick to the boat for arrival and departure. Restaurant at the top of the dock was good.
