Non-liveaboard Protected 36ft Slip

36ft length and deep water slip available at Harbortown Marina for long-term use only. The protected marina harbor is on the Intracoastal with easy access to the St. Johns River and the ocean. All slips have locked, gated access. The floating docks are concrete with free water, and storage box. Electric billed every 3 months. Separate gated parking lot for marina use. The marina is clean and safe and does not allow full time liveaboards. The rate is $10/foot + electric.
