Artscape Is Back!
Artscape is back and better than ever! This annual art festival hosted north of Downtown Baltimore is the largest FREE art festival in America. With everything from live music to some of the coolest crafts, this is sure to be a weekend to remember. All of the festivities will be taking place this weekend, July 20th-22nd. The event runs all day, operating from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Friday and Saturday and will be open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sunday. With a packed schedule ranging from things for the little ones to rockin’ concerts, there is something to please everyone in your crew–it’s the perfect family-friendly event!
In past years, Artscape aimed to have a theme for vendors to create their pieces around; however this year, they are going back to their roots. “The Year Without a Theme” is this years theme. Why you might ask? This year’s goal is to focus on the uniqueness of all artists. Patrons will get to enjoy all of the creativity the festival’s vendors come up with organically!
In addition to the themeless theme, some other new events to look out for include improv workshops, dance camp, interactive projects, and more! Another new event that has been sweeping the nation, the silent disco, will also be at the festival. Don’t miss your chance to come experience this incredible festival.
