Staff were friendly and helpful, Marina was clean. There is a pool and gym, both of which are nice.

Has always been one of my favorite places for the boat. Great location, and you have full use of the Hilton Hotel's facilities. The only reasons I didn't give it a "great" rating are: They still don't have any showers for marina guests. That's a problem if you're there more than a day or two. The second is they took away the "tiki bar" that was right in the middle of the marina. Was a great place to meet up with other boaters and visitors.

Communication on booking a reservation was terrible. It took two emails, a phone call, and a text message to confirm we had a slip. The marina docks are in poor condition. The basin is small and unattractive. No one to help with lines. There are many better places to stay in Ft. Lauderdale.

The reservation request was confirmed via Snag-A-Slip within 3 hours of the request being made, but we apologize about any miscommunication regarding slip assignment ahead of arrival and will work to improve our processes. The marina and hotel are both undergoing renovations, and we regret that some of the in-progress work negatively affected this boater's stay. We are awaiting permits and supplies to begin dock renovations. We appreciate the review and the opportunity to improve our service, and we hope to welcome this boater back for an improved experience in the future.

The docks were not clean. There were puddles where air conditioners had dripped and gotten slimy and slick. There were no showers. Restrooms were the hotel lobby restrooms.

The puddles from the AC units will be resolved after the hotel maintenance upgrades are complete; the slip in this area was one of our last open slips for that night. Showers are not included amenities at 17th Street Yacht Basin, and the profile on Snag-A-Slip does not advertise these as included. We encourage all boaters to fully review our offerings before requesting a slip. We appreciate the review and the opportunity to improve our service, and will look to make updates to our profile on Snag-A-Slip to make our amenity offerings clear to boaters. No complaints, all is as expected. And the marina is located at the Hilton and all of the amenities of the Hilton are included with your dockage.

Friendly staff came out to help when we docked. It’s a tight squeeze. The sail boat next to us had a tough time getting in to their slip without a bow-thruster. If we weren’t there to help it would have been a very expensive docking. It was spring break and the Hilton hotel was packed with party goers. No problems, just loud and full of very very inebriated young people. No showers or laundry on-site. We stayed two nights and did some minor maintenance and cleaning on the boat. It’s a great stop on the ICW and I would go back, but just not during spring break next time.

We had a very comfortable night here. The dock master went out of his way to offer us a slip for the night and gave us a great welcome. The marina is next to the Hilton so we were able to use their restrooms (no shower). There is a Tiki hut next to the pool which serves drinks and bar food- two minute walk from our slip. It was a great atmosphere, but back at our slip it was very quiet.

Stayed here several times. Really convenient to Port Access. Docks were right by the Pool which was nice. Convenient to grocery and stores on 17th street
