In the event that you need to cancel within the 48 hour window, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. There will be no exceptions for cancellations inside of these periods due to weather or boat issues. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact [email protected].

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 72 hour cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 72-hour window, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. I had one experience here, and it was not the best. The fuel must have been at an end, as I had a lot of junk in the tank after filling up, and, the water to fill the water tank was not available.

I would not recommend Shelter Cove Marina. Purchased a boat and received a lot of promises they refused to honor. Took the issue all the way up to the owner just to have him act like he was looking into it. After stating he knew there was a problem with his salesman, he too chose to do nothing. Very unsatisfied with this marina!!!!
