Very nice marina with all the amenities as advertised. Shallow bay to enter and there are two unmarked paths to get around reported shoal, but call ahead and get approach to depart Elk River and course heading.

The marina is in a beautiful location on the Bohemia River with great amenities! The harbor master Scott was welcoming and gave us the layout. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. It is a great spot to visit if you can negotiate the relatively shallow Bohemia.

This marina is a $20 to $30 cab ride to grocery stores or restaurants.

As has been mentioned, transients are put on their fuel dock in front of the fuel so the many boaters on a busy labor day weekend (when we stayed) that need gas pass your boat constantly. It is not an issue at night, but the day is very rocky / rolly.

Very dog friendly and great amenities with a pool and showers and laundry. The showers and laundry had a few problems with working properly, but there are plenty of them so finding working ones was not an issue.

Overall, I was very pleased with Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbour. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities excellent and the setting great. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we docked there and we love it. I was single handed and it was windy, so I called the harbor master and asked if someone could meet me to help with the dock lines. Two people came out readily and were a wonderful help. The place is beautiful and very well protected. The bathroom were clean and spacious.

Bohemia Bay Yacht Club is a large very well maintained facility most of which is well protected from the winds and weather, however; BBYC places transients on the long semi-exposed face dock adjacent to the main office along the entrance canal leading to their more protected inner docks. This face dock which also hosts their fuel pumps and pump outs allows easy transient docking. BBYC also has an onsite boat maintenance facility w haulout covering various marine services.

All the employees we dealt w and Ken the manager were extremely friendly and helpful. BBYC has a very nice swimming pool overlooking the water and multiple clean and well maintained laundry rooms, bathrooms, and showers existing in different areas of the marina grounds - including ones adjacent to the transient dock - so all are readily acessible. The marina has no restaurant or bar but various local restaurants do deliver food to BBYC which helps since the marina is fairly isolated to those w/o a vehicle.

The major downside as far as we were concerned as transients unfamiliar w the Bohemia River is the extremely shallow Bohemia River entrance a large part of which shoals to 4' or less at low tide.

Skinny water. Nice facilities. We have a 5' draft and arrived at low tide. We were unable to tie up to the face dock for an hour waiting for the tide to come in. Were just staying overnight and left on a rising tide the next morning.

We found this gem last year and made sure to return. I could spend more time here if we didn't get stuck in Solomons for an unplanned month. BBYH has great docks, beautiful air conditioned bathrooms, large pool, a beach, delivery options for food, and great people

After being in Baltimore, it was a welcome sight. This location is beautiful, on the Bohemia Bay. Staff was helpful, and the marina has a lot to offer with pool, laundry room, clean restrooms. The marina is well maintained, which is good to see.

Excellent location in a beautiful ba. Bathrooms were spotless and the pool looked clean - we didn’t use it. We were on the fuel dock and the views were amazing. Very peaceful and serene -with a small, private beach. Highly recommend!

Great Marina with friendly helpful staff. Clean showers, beautiful pool, beach, playground and many picnic areas with beautiful views. Docks are fixed and there are no nearby restaurants or shopping. You can order from a couple of restaurants that will deliver. A great value, we would definitely visit again.

Fantastic resort marina with beautiful pool, private beach, WiFi, Cable-TV, gas/diesel, stocked ship store/parts, captains lounge with free Sunday continental breakfast, onsite mechanics & service staff for repairs/travel lift etc. Well-run modern facilities with weekend activities and low transient rates. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent experience. f=First time to this area. Staff was great. Andy helped us tie up and for a one night overnight. Facilities were very clean. Plan on returning next season.

Very good service. Excellent marina. The waters are very shallow. The entrance could use a dredging but the whole river is very shallow

Andy the dockmaster was great, the slip holders we met were really friendly, and the location is quite pretty. Only down-side is that it’s pretty far from anywhere. So prepare to be self-sufficient with provisions.
