Cancellation Policy: This marina has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please contact Snag-A-Slip or the marina at least 24 hours prior to your stay to receive a full refund. A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for guests arriving on Fourth of July and Pirates and Wenches Fantasy Weekend.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Courteous and considerate conduct is required on marina premises at all times. All vessel owners will observe rules of safe boating at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult when off the boat. All pets must be kept on a leash. Please do not walk your pets in the recreation areas or around the swimming pools. Please do not place chairs and hoses on the pier. All parties and large congregations must be moved inside and quiet by 11:00 p.m. No open flames or barbecue cooking is permitted on the dock or on any vessels moored in a slip. All trash and recyclable items are to be placed in the corresponding receptacles provided for that purpose.

My family and friends had a great time. Denny was very helpful at arrival, the young lady working at the Admiral's club was fantastic and Mark helped out with a tool we needed to fix a tricky door handle and lock. The food truck was fantastic, I am glad to hear that they are going to be taking over the new restaurant. Amazing team and a great time. P.S. Captain Ron was fantastic on the beach!

The Marina was so beautiful and clean. The staff could not have been nicer. The slip was easy access. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Communication was excellent, we arrived after hours and it was very easy to find our slip. The facilities are very nice. They have bikes and the town is a short ride away. Our slip was well protected, unlike other options nearby. We will definitely come back here again. Only reason for four stars is that we were there on a holiday weekend and were disappointed that the bar/restaurant was not open.

Had a great overnight at Haven Harbor South. Staff was friendly and helpful and facilities were nice and clean. Would definitely come back!

The facilities are very nice and the live music was a bonus...just don't stay on the main dock out front. You will be aggressively rocked all night long.

We stay here last year. We were going to stay two nights but had to leave after the first night.

We visited HHS for the 4th of July celebration in Rock Hall. The marina grounds & facilities are excellent! We did have power and water issues with our slip assignment on the D dock. The staff quickly resolved the issue by running our shore power & water to a slip on the other side of the dock, not optimal but it worked. I am sure this issue will be resolved once the D dock is also renovated. The bathrooms and showers are very nice and the beach area is beautiful. HHS is also a stop for the Rock Hall Shuttle, which is a great way to get all around Rock Hall. All in all our stay was excellent with only a small deduction for the condition of the D dock. I would definitely stay again and recommend this location to any others who would like to visit Rock Hall.

This was our first visit to the marina and we were delighted with the amenities and courtesy of the staff. We will defiantly return and stay longer the next time.

Such great potential once renovations are complete. We took advantage of the pool and good bikes. And the Adirondack chairs in the evening. As always, we like this marina.
