Wonderful, wonderful slip location, pool, and beach. We had a great time as a family. Best Seafood Omelette that I’ve ever had. Great crab cakes too!

The transient docks, bathrooms, staff, and onsite restaurant were all great. The negatives were the pool water was cloudy and there was a very large RV event going on adjacent to the transient docks. We’ll be back again, really enjoyed our stay. Also, another great restaurant a bike ride away, Ruby’s.

Marina is well positioned to keep boats safe in wind and weather. We had a slip outside of the shed on A dock and felt secure. Staff was friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff as well as the other boaters we encountered. Our family have been coming here since the 70’s and will continue to do so for many years.

We only stayed overnight. The docks are in very good condition, though I wish the towers weren't quite so close to the edge.

The marina staff were excellent. The woman at the front desk helped me reach out to their boat mechanic to try to fix an issue we had. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the marina is showing some age and needs a bit of TLC. As for Tim’s...We felt it was overpriced (~$18 for an order of crab balls and french fries) and due to staff shortages they closed early (8:00 PM).

Coles Point Marina is in a great location for us, very protected from waves. We were in a covered slip with water and power. Tim’s restaurant was fantastic. The only reason to keep it from a five star is the bath house could use some renovations and more frequent cleanings. Overall, we were pleased and do plan to go back.

Coles Point Marina is an overall average Marina. The slips and roofs are in somewhat poor repair and the Marina has a "fell on hardtimes" vibe. Nats and Flys were a constant annoyance, so bring bugs spray. The view and expansive open sand beach is what makes this place a great location. Coles Point is also part of an RV Park which has a ton of golf cart traffic, so ask to be in the covered slips if you would like to be away from the action/noise. Gas was higher than others in the areas. The onsite restaurant "Tim's at Coles Point" is okay in food quality and service. The Coles Point Marina employees were kind and pleasant. To sum it up, Coles Point is average but could use a little more attention to maintenance.

People are great. Bathrooms could stand improvement. Covered slips have no cleats to tie up to.

The manager ( didn’t get his name) met us during a tremendous downpour to show us to our slip, take dock lines and hook up our shore power cord. We still got soaked but he did not shy away from helping us in very bad conditions.

Had reservations for this past Saturday night, no one responded on VHF radio or answered the phone. When I finally tracked someone down we were told to park in a slip right in front of the restaurant which meant we were forced to listen to loud music and watch flashing lights until midnight. We had requested a covered slip. There was no dockhand to help with docking. By the time we docked ourselves and hooked up power, I went to the office and it was closed! No one even came to check with us and provide us with the wifi password or marina information before closing. Closing a marina at 5:00 P.M. on a Saturday night in the summertime is crazy. We saw so many people coming in to gas up only to find the place is closed. From what we could see and experienced at this marina I would keep on cruising by and not stop. The marina is run down and does not look like anything like you see in the pictures on this page.
