You’re just a few steps away from historic downtown where you can enjoy all the amazing charm, beaching, dining, nearby breweries, ice cream, shopping and history this quaint town has to offer. A perfect spot to watch the occasional boat parades and vessels motoring by, or chat with a passerby visiting the docks just to admire and daydream about the beautiful boats or “the catch that got away”. You’ll feel at home, even if you come from afar.

While bicycles are preferred by most, you can also park onsite (first come basis) or take the bus system to visit nearby towns like Rehoboth Beach. Biking the nearby trail systems with historic Fort Miles - located within Cape Henlopen State Park - is a must-see!

Slip can comfortably accommodate a vessel of up to approx. 60’ LOA and 17’ Beam. Nestled behind a nearby condo building, this dock slip offers great security for your vessel, providing peace of mind if you need to leave it for a few days during your journey. Recently updated to include extra-large Class-A pilings and heavy duty ladder. While you cannot park your vehicle behind the slip (Fire Lane), the convenience to unload supplies from just 2 steps away from your boat is unmatched. Slip presently offers a new single 50A and a single 30A connection. Electric is available directly through Lewes BPW for long-term lessee desiring a multi-month stay, otherwise the rate is:

Dockside Water, Trash & Recycling and Fish-cleaning station - included onsite ($ N/C). In winter months, water is accessed from Condo Building near slip #10 to top off fresh-water tanks. All arrival times after 2PM and Departure time by 11AM unless otherwise agreed. Gas / Fuel / Bait & Tackle shop with marine facilities are all available nearby.

DOCKAGE RATES: Subject to availability, and not including electric:
Daily: $200/per night (a 2-night minimum applies; 3-night minimum for holiday weekends)
Weekly: $500/wk
Monthly (December, January, February & March): $500/mo
Monthly (April & November): $1,000/mo
Monthly (May, June, July, August, Sept, Oct.) $1,500/mo
Seasonal (Prime Season May- Sept.) $7,000 flat rate 5/mos - inquire for discounted rate
Annual (12 months) $10,000 flat rate 12/mos.

NOTE 1 - Slip renter agrees to abide by all town, county, state, federal and Lewes Harbor Marina Co-Op rules and regulations; failure to do so is grounds for immediate termination of rental agreement WITHOUT REFUND.
NOTE 2: Our "No Holdsies Policy" - NO, we will not hold the slip without payment. We do not offer refunds.
NOTICE: Unauthorized vessels will be removed at vessel owner's sole risk and expense, possibly to include 24/7 marine emergency towing rates / salvage, travel lift haul-out & launch, storage and blocking fees. Subleasing is not permitted.
