This is, without question, one of the worst marinas you could choose. Since the change in management — with Joanna and her hired manager taking over — the entire operation has gone downhill. What was once a respectable place under John and Larry is now a complete lack of leadership, accountability, and professionalism. There is a clear breakdown in training, communication, and basic customer care. Staff appear unprepared, unsupported, and constantly turning over — which speaks volumes about how employees are treated behind the scenes. Even more concerning, when damage occurs to boats or trailers, there is zero accountability. Responsibility is denied, concerns are brushed off, and customers are left to deal with the consequences. That alone should be a major red flag for anyone trusting this marina with their property. This is not just poor service — it's a pattern of negligence, unreliability, and disregard for both customers and their equipment. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I have documented footage and evidence to support these claims and am more than willing to share it with anyone who wants to make an informed decision.
