We were towed to the marina due to mechanical issues, once on site, we asked if we could have another boater join us. I left the marina to go pick up a part for my boat, then received a call from the marina management team that they could not accommodate the other boater on site. Additionally, they said my boat would need to move the first thing the next morning! When I returned to my marina, I found that someone had boarded my boat and tied up the sail. I do not appreciate how I was treated on site.

We'd like to thank this boater for leaving a review and for choosing our marina to stay with and are disappointed to see their low review. This boater made a one night, same day reservation via Snag-A-Slip, which was accommodated, and on arrival asked to extend for an extended stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate this vessel for a longer stay as the slip they were in is a seasonal slip with the owner on leave, due to return within the week. Our marina did not have any other long term vessels available for this boat size, so we were unable to accommodate a longer stay beyond a few days. We did allow this customer to stay on for additional time to fix their vessel, and our team did board the vessel to tie up the sail because it was out for over 24hrs and the boater was asked to put it away.

The people around this place are very nice and welcoming. The marina is attached to a very large apartment complex. The pool and the marina bathroom facilities, two showers and two bathrooms, are accessible to the apartment tenants So weekend traffic was high. The bathroom facilities closed at either 2000 or 2200 according to marina staff. Depending on the dock the walk is 0.5 miles to the facilities. On G dock, furthest from facilities, the finger piers are quite short. Also, the VHF was not working so no response on 16. Again everyone around the place was super nice, but don’t think I’d go back.

Staff Jeff and Tamara were terrific, and worked hard to overcome the issues we had. However, Nautilus Pt. Marina is unprepared for transient boats, and suffers from neglectful mismanagement. We were first assigned a slip 10 feet shorter than our boat. Then the assigned slip was barely big enough. There is no on site office so it took an hour and a half to get into a slip. Then of the 4 rest rooms available, 3 were unserviceable. However, it is a quiet location with great views very good wifi on D dock.

At first I was assigned a slip which was occupied. Then my boat sat on the ground because slip wasn't deep enough in ebb tide - of course harbormaster knew my draft....

Very quiet and protected spot ( I was on dock A). Amenities were in a bit of disarray, bathrooms, while swank looking had no hooks for towels or shelves for toiletries while showering. Shower was hot and nice but no shower curtain so the entire bathroom gets wet while you shower. I'm guessing this is in transition so I'm not bashing them. Staff was prompt to help us tie up and answer any questions we had during our stay. I'd stay here again, great spot near Eastport and Annapolis proper. Cheers!

Lack of restrooms and showers, they were really far from our slip. However they were very clean and modern (remodeled). Staff was friendly and helpful. Suggest providing a map of property, pertinent info and WiFi access.

The best thing about this place is Leigh. She was amazing - coming to help us dock and get settled. The marina will do well with her in charge. This was a great place to stay during the boat show (right at the water taxi stop) but as a cruising marina it's hard - the bathrooms are VERY far away and currently mid renovation (no shower heads and no paper towels anywhere). The docks are also rough - E 11 slip's wood is rotted through and one of our guests slipped and fell through it. I'm assuming that the marina is being worked on like the rest of the property .

Great place a very helpful people but they just took over the property and still need to figure out a few things such as Wi-Fi, maps of complex etc. Very friendly people at complex and great for dogs!

The marina manager was so welcoming and helpful. She greeted us at our slip gave us a tour of the facility. The marina was in walking distance of restaurants and historic Annapolis. We would definitely recommend it to our boating friends. The slip was also very reasonably priced. We would stay there again.

Jeff was very helpful with finding us a slip with adequate depth during an extreme low tide. Bathrooms are in process of renovation and a long walk from the main docks. Water taxi was an easy way to get to the city.
