We have two 40 ft deep water slips that will each accommodate a 46 ft boat with a 14 ft beam.
Each slip is $4,000 for the year, we will only accommodate a yearly lease.
Each slip includes:

- electricity, 30 amp
- dingy storage
- winter storage
- parking
- access to the community pool
No live-a-boards, commercial boats or pets are allowed

Cancellation Policy
StrictGuests must cancel within 24 hours of receiving confirmation to receive a full refund. The cancellation must occur at least 10 days before arrival. Refunds for cancellations made more than 24 hours of confirmation and less than 10 days before arrival are at the discretion of the owner.
