The marina has restaurants all around it and amenities to include pool, clubhouse, sauna, bathrooms, shower, grills and picnic area. The marina is securely gated with 24/7 passcode access. Weekend getaway, or Live Aboard. Freshwater and electricity at the slip.

Vessel must meet all HOA requirements (in good working order, valid registration, = or < 34' LOA, et al.) and must be submitted for approval prior to acceptance of lease.
