Rate is $2100/month plus electricity.

Pet friendly, beautiful location, deep water, storm safe, BBQ areas, bocce ball, pickle ball, access to Marina facilities such as laundry and bathroom/ shower. Marina is on a golf course, but you’d need to talk to the gold association for play time. We offer 2 bicycles for use that are locked up next to the slip in the bike racks. Water and shore power is included in short term rentals, long term rentals will pay electricity separate according to usage, 30 & 50 amp service available.

You will also have access to a private beach club not even a quarter mile from the Marina. Please note the marina requires $1,000,000 liability insurance, this can be in the form of a straight $1,000,000 policy or $500,000 for the boat and $500,000 personal umbrella policy.
