Clearwater Beach Marina

Do not confuse this marina with the Clearwater Beach Municipal Marina! Physically they are close to each other, but the 1st one is another 6 miles or so away by boat and more expensive. This marina is attached to a Marriott hotel and doesn't have a lot of slips. Staff were very helpful, but this was more like staying at a hotel than a marina. We did have access to the hotel laundry and pool, but they wouldn't give us a key card, we had to find a staff member to be let in the secure doors. Felt like a 2nd class citizen. The place was clean with clean bathrooms and showers. The location was excellent and a close walk to everything.

Excellent! Nick the dockhand helped tie us up and went over everything we needed to know about marina facilities as well as local area attractions. Clean and modern!

Issue with power and help when docking, however facilities were very nice. At some point AC needs to be installed in the bathrooms.

Marina is great. Have stayed there a number of times. The air conditioning in the rest and shower rooms was not working as it was very warm in there. The wifi needs to be improved as well as the signal does not get to where the boats are in the marina. Staff and location are great

Shore power has been a problem the last 3 times we stayed at the marina. This visit the shore power tripped the main breaker to the battery charger inside the boat. When I went to leave the battery was dead. All other amenities were good.

Our marina is equipped with electric systems as required by the National Electric Code, which include a sensitive Ground Fault Protection System. This system can cause difficulty for vessels with internal ground fault issues, when connecting to shore power, as was the case in this situation. We do recommend vessels look to upgrade their breakers and splitters to align with updated marina electric code. We hope to welcome you back for an improved experience in the future!

The dock masters were amazing! They were very patient with us while we docked the vessel on a windy day. They checked on us to make sure lines were good before leaving for the evening, and made sure that electric was working. They were very friendly. This marina is located perfectly with the Beach, hotels and restaurants.

Marina staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices are steep compared to nearby marinas but being able to use all of the Marriott facilities (pool, gym, rooftop bar, poolside bar) is super nice. There's a clean bathroom with shower, however it's not air conditioned so it's pretty dang hot. Overall a nice marina to stay at with easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Very nice marina and the staff (Nick) and his crew were VERY accommodating. Facility was clean, and close to places to eat within walking distance. I would recommend without any hesitation. Be careful getting to the marina if you’re a 40’ plus foot boat as high tide will be your best friend.

The marina previously had minimum prices programmed into some of our slips, which is why you were charged a 40ft minimum. We have adjusted this within our rate management tool and provided a partial refund via Snag-A-Slip to you. In terms of slip numbering, we currently have numbers displayed on our gate, and provide all slip assignments on arrival. Our transient slips constantly change as we are a 50-slip marina, so providing slip assignments far in advance is sometimes challenging. We do provide a slip map as part of the pre-arrival email sent to all customers, and will look to see how we can improve those details. We had a wonderful stay at Clearwater Beach Marina operated by Oasis. Bryan, the GM, was super helpful in giving us some great local recommendations and making us feel welcome. The location was perfect; two blocks away from the beach, restaurants, and the trolly. We had a great time and hope to return again soon!

At first, we were a bit disappointed because of the bird poop all over everything but Bryan and Nick came out and did everything they could to take care of the situation. Besides that great location great dock and Nick is fantastic and all in all great service.
