A Waterway Guide User on November 22nd, 2025:
Absolutely do not stay at this marina for overnight dockage. There is no wake protection from the channel traffic that is out of control. In spite of the posted "Idle Speed" requirements for the channel, this is not enforced and the locals barrel through leaving and returning. It was impossible to sleep onboard so we had to go to a hotel since we had not dockage options after doing the overnight Gulf crossing from Carrabelle. The marina staff shrugged off our concerns and were fully aware that this was behavior as usual for the local boating community.
