Electricity and Water available (approximately 100 ft) Publix, Walgreens, CVS, and Napa Auto Parts located 2 miles away at entrance of the neighborhood. Bicycles are available. May consider minivan or sedan rental if requested on insurance review. The location is just 4 miles upstream from downtown Fort Myers and 22 miles from the Gulf.

We are boaters with a 75' and 65' Yachts onsite and have done Chicago to Florida half of America's Great Loop twice. Owner is marine electrical engineer offering Broadened Horizons Solar Hardtop design with DC-Direct solar air conditioning with Lifepo4 batteries and inverters design and implementation on site.

We cannot have permanent long-term liveaboards, but happy to accommodate Active Cruisers if you stay onboard during a shorter 1-2 week stay with us for additional $25/night. This fee payable directly to owner. Pump out before arriving.
