Great location and the staff were all very nice; however, apparently the bathrooms and laundry are managed by another entity and they were filthy. Until they correct this I can't recommend this marina for transients.

The personnel and dock infrastructure were outstanding. The shower and restrooms were too far away, and we had to walk through a public space to get to them. We could only get access to the internet while sitting on the bow outside the boat, not inside the salon.

Okay, let me gush a little about Lighthouse Point Marina. We arrived on our 38' Catalina Morgan Center Cockpit and there were ample dock hands welcoming us and getting us safely tied to our T-head assignment. We were there to celebrate BoatFest with our group of 25+ sailboats - all of whom, LPM arranged for us all to be on one dock making our event, in a word, wonderful. The floating docks are well protected yet easy to hop back out to the Patapsco and be on the way to the Chesapeake. Great Location. The new Pusser's Landing Restaurant on site was delish. We'll be back!

Excellent staff! Made us feel like we were multi-millionaires in a mega-yacht. They brought gifts for the pup, even delivered ice when we mentioned our fridge died. Wide slips and lanes, floating docks, good Internet with Pussers Restaurant on site. I highly recommend this marina!

We had an excellent experience. The pre check-in communication was great. They provided detailed instructions and lots of ways to contact them if needed. They sent us our assigned slip ahead of time which was very useful. Upon arrival the dock staff was very friendly and helpful. The docks are virtually brand new. The only minor negative is that the AC in the bath house seems under powered and it was very hot and humid inside. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful trip to this marina!!! We were greeted with a personal welcome sign with our boat name for the assigned slip AND an extra special Happy Birthday sign and balloon for my husband!!!! The staff are very nice and professional!!! The marina's location is perfect surrounded by so many things to do. The marina itself has wonderful new floating docks, a new office, lounge and gym. The pool, restaurant and bar are fantastic!!! We will return!!!

Very friendly attentive marina staff. Location is great if you like to be close to the hustle and bustle of Baltimore without being on top of it. Took an uber into downtown for around $10 but only a mile + away if you want to walk. Every marina should have a swim club included. Pool side wait service for drinks and food. The marina itself is top notch: brand new floating docks with pump-out at slip and double wides for catamarans. We felt very safe at this marina in Baltimore.

The docks are beautiful and the fairways were huge; very easy in and out. Dockhands did their best, but were young and inexperienced.  Lots of confusion about the gate keys, with some missing from welcome bags for our party.  Different keys for the gate and bathhouse didn't help.  Bathhouse was across a parking lot and not super clean (probably thanks to pool/bar folks, not marina).  But then not having access to the pool after having to walk around it and share the restroom and shower facilities with them was kind of a bummer.

Thank you for your feedback.  I apologize that your recent experience with us did not live up to your expectations and our high standards.  The marina and swim club/bathhouse are owned by two different ownership groups as a result there are two different access systems requiring different keys, we apologize for any confusion this may have created.  Marina slip holders and guests enjoy use of the swim club from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  It just so happens that the swim club was hosting a private event during your visit on Saturday 5-17. For the ’26 season, the marina will have dedicated boater only restroom/shower/laundry facilities located adjacent to the boater’s lounge. We sincerely appreciate the feedback and will use this to improve our processes going forward.

I really appreciate the flexibility the marina offered us when the weather was not ideal for leaving. This marina makes my list of likely options for when I stay in Baltimore again.

Our Yacht club spent the weekend at Lighthouse Point this last weekend and we loved it. We didnt realize when we booked the trip early in the year that it was going to be Boatfest - that made the stay even better! We only left the marina once for a walk and rest of the time enjoyed the music, food and mingling with other boaters on the piers. The piers are all floating and wide, with new trek decking, there are portable dockside (complimentary) pump out stations and the marina crew (Ben, Joel, Matt and others) were super helpful and friendly. What an upgrade to the inner harbor! We will be back for sure.

It was a great marina with excellent staff a few improvements could be made on access. The Paxton key app didn’t work for the bathrooms and the key fob also didn’t always work. The map provided did not show location of bathrooms. I loved the floating docks. We had a group of 6 boats and all were very pleased with our Labor Day stay.

Swag bag with key fob awaits you at your slip, along with a cute welcome sign with your boat name on it (makes finding your slip even easier). Great marina for any larger vessel due to a very wide fairway and wide slips. Was allowed to stay a few hours after checkout time so we could go to church which was very accommodating!

Lighthouse Point Marina is a work in progress at the time of this review. It's new, it's modern, It's fairly clean. We stayed on dock C found it rolly at times when big power boats passed by. Opportunity would be daily cleaning of bird dropping on dock & open pool to visitors. The positives: great location, easy in and out, modern pump out system, nice water edge bar, helpful friendly staff. Eateries nearby & west marine close by and well stocked. Grocery store within walking distance.

First-rate service and docks. The entire marina has been rebuilt and is now the best-equipped docks we have seen in our 14 years on the water, including pumpouts at the slip. Dockhands were at the slip when we arrived and provided a welcome package with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Restaurants, a grocery store, and a West Marine are within easy walking distance.

Lighthouse Point has recently been completely renovated. Floating docks, pump out at the slip, large fairways, knowledgeable and friendly staff. This was our first time there, to check out both the marina and the Canton neighborhood, where it is located. The marina communicates via email a few times before arrival, so you know your slip assignment and a layout of the marina. Access is electronic, with an app and a code just for your email address. The neighborhood is hopping, with bars and restaurants, and there is a bar and a seafood restaurant basically on the premises. A Safeway is within walking distance. The river walk is right there for running or walking, and the water taxi has a stop at the marina. The office, boaters' lounge, laundry and showers are still under construction, but should be up to the standards of the docks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be visiting again.

Personnel were friendly. However, we were charged for double 30A power but we only used one 30A. We were there for 3 nights total. Also, other than water and electric, there were no facilities since the marina is under construction. So no ice or other amenities as advertised. Monday AM began with an 8AM pile driver as the docks were being installed. Given this and our use of a single 30A outlet for the 3 nights, we would appreciate a discount. I'm sure the facilities will be very nice...when they are completed. Thanks...

Great to be back at Lighthouse Point Marina. Arrived on Friday afternoon and were greeted by Joel, the manager who is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The new floating docks are great, with pump out stations placed all along. It's now possible to open the gates using an app on your phone, so one less thing to keep track of and return! All questions were answered quickly. By Sunday, the wind had picked up (as had the temperature!) and there were plenty of dockhands to help the new arrivals. They also were good at washing down the docks that had been visited and marked by various birds! It's a great location for restaurants and stores in easy walking distance, and we felt safe the whole time. One of our favourite things to do, is cycle round the waterfront from the marina all the way to Fort McHenry. We'll definitely be back.

What a beautiful all new marina / Oasis property! Amazing and wud floating docks and slips with built in hull anti-scuff edging, integral pump out system, attractive trash receptacle stations, excellent fobless gate security. Great pool, shower and laundry facilities. Joel and his team greeted us upon arrival - including a welcome sign with our vessel’s name - and were right there for any need or question during our stay. Great location too! So impressed we are pondering a move to LHP starting next season. Highly recommend!

Communication between SAS & LHP were nonexistent. No slip assignment, no electric at several slips, docks in disrepair, lack of maintenance at marina snd bathrooms. Office had no knowledge of welcome information or knew anything about what website says. New owners have no knowledge of running a marina. Been going there for 10 years and it was such an awesome place. Will never return. Slip holders said they’re promising things but no progress yet. Customer service was a 0.

I was worried about dock conditions from previous reviews. One section is in bad shape, but not the section that is in use. Our dock was a sturdy floating dock that was well appointed. It took a few minutes for hot water to reach the shower, but bath house was great otherwise. Other sailers reached out to help us dock on arrival. The best part of our stay is the location. We were just a few feet from a beautiful waterfront trail that is about a mile long. It is actually much longer, but is broken up by construction closer into town. Lots of beautiful boats all around. This is a very nice part of Baltimore with great dining options close by. I highly recommend Lighthouse Point Marina.

Great Marina nice people and very helpful. We had broken steering and limped into the Marina and they stayed past closing and had extra help available to help us dock.

Zach Rogers and his crew were excellent! They were terrific in trash removal, pool maintenance, etc. A great group of people. The docks; however, are shocking! There's no delicate way to describe the deteriorated condition of the infrastructure. Collapsing and dangerous! I have no desire to return to Lighthouse Point for that reason.

Wonderful staff and marina slip holders. Dog friendly. Great tiki bar and pool. Close to supermarket, West Marine, liquor store, and restaurants. What more do you need?

The marina was completely run down and for having 500 slips, only about 150 were actually rented. It was obvious why no one was there! The entire one side of the marina had docks that were in total disrepair and uninhabitable. We were placed on the other side of the marina in the very front, which I did appreciate. The docks were made of 3 sets of floats and the outer 2 floats/edges were slanting towards the water. The bath house and pool were nice, but that was a stretch as well. I would not recommend this marina to anyone with small children since they could easily trip or fall in the bay.

One of our favorite places to stay, unfortunately the marine the last 2 years has not been kept up. The marina is in a sad state. It is less than 50% occupied because of poorly maintained finger piers. We also had trouble with electric. We had to move twice to find a 50amp that worked. Even that kicked off twice during the night (thank goodness it wasn't a scorcher.)

Marina needs work, docks are in bad shape. Half of Marina in not useable. Location to Canton and Staff is what kept them from 1 star.

We enjoyed our stay however the pool is not available at all times. It is a “Pool Club” so you have to register at 10am exactly or you will not get in on Saturday or Sunday during peak season and good weather. This should be noted somewhere. The marina location is great for Canton. The Staff was great on the docks, Jack was especially helpful!

The pool/bar/restaurant areas were wonderful, the marina staff was wonderful, the location was extremely convenient for sundry needs, unfortunately the docks were showing wear and tear, cable didn’t work, WiFi marginal, and worst of all was the distance from docks to land was unreasonably far with only walking as an option unless bikes were carried in on the boat,
