PAYMENT TERMS: Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Please note that changes to your reservation dates or your length of stay may result in a rate change. A no-call, no-show will result in the forfeiture of the entire amount of your booking and the cancellation of your reservation.
HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY (December 23 - January 4, March through Easter, and Regatta Weekend in the first week of October): Canceling up to 21 days before your check-in will result in a full refund of your reservation. Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will result in you being charged for the entire reservation.
NON HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY (Remaining Dates): Canceling up to 14 days before your check-in will result in a full refund of your reservation. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will result in you being charged for the entire reservation.
CHANGE POLICY: Changes to reservation dates or length of stay may result in a rate adjustment. Please contact us as soon as possible prior to your check-in date to request changes. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy while ensuring the availability of rooms for all our guests. Please feel free to reach out to our reservations team for any inquiries or to make changes to your booking.
ELECTRIC CHARGES: Electricity services are metered and charged daily at a rate of $1.00 per KW. It is the responsibility of the Captain to verify meter readings at check-in.
WATER CHARGES: Water is metered and charged at a rate of $0.35 cents per gallon. A dock hand will take an initial reading, please make sure this is done prior to connecting. Water usage are billed at checkout.
ASSOCIATION OF BAHAMAS MARINAS LEVY: Valentines Resort and Marina is a proud Platinum Member of the Association of Bahamas Marinas. It was a great marina and restaurant. Lee, the owner, had a very nice cocktail party for guest to meet and mingle, going above and beyond. Dock runners were also very helpful and attentive.

Facilities and staff are very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor restaurant and bar. Island is beautiful. Rent a golf cart and see the destination. Don’t miss the pink sand beaches. My rating would have been five stars, but the marina is rolling during the day due to all the harbor traffic.

We had a great time, the docks are well maintained, dockhands were helpful and efficient. The bar and the bar food was really good. Super friendly bartenders. The private beach area with lounge chairs and umbrellas made for a great beach day! We will come back again.

One particular issue is the water taxis that run alongside of the marina. They go fast and do not respect a zone of no wake. They run until late at night and very early in the morning. Electricity and water services are just fine. Personnel ok. Majority are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for a week, excellent marina! Lots of activity, fun bar right next to the dock & an air-conditioned option next to it, steak & lobster was perfect! They have a private beach for Valentines guests across the street from the marina, beautiful pink sand, with umbrellas and chairs included in your stay, towels free at the front desk. Nice pool across the street next to an upstairs coffee shop which has açaí bowls, smoothies, etc. Nearby is Bluwatur bakery with the best quiche I've ever tasted & pastries like the ones I've had in France. Rent a golf cart & explore this beautiful island!
