Port Entry Fee Notice: Please be advised, the Freeport Harbor Master will levy an additional Harbour Master Fee, Environmental Fee, and Harbour User Fee on arrival. These fees are calculated based on gross tons reported on entry. The Freeport Harbor Master will invoice the marina for these fees, and boaters will be responsible for paying the marina for these additional charges on arrival.

The people were friendly and the facilities were what I expected, bare bones. The reason I gave it two stars is because of the costs. I blame Snag-a-Slip more than the marina for not doing a quick check. The fee per foot was correct, but they forgot to mention $121 harbor fee! There was also a ridiculous $40 facilities fee for no potable water and so so bathroom/shower. No other real facilities!!
A Note from the Marina:Response from Snag-A-Slip Customer Service We reached out to the marina manager for further comment but did not hear back regarding this review. We are glad this boater shared their experience with us, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the additional costs incurred during their stay. We took action with the marina on this issue to ensure the additional charges levied on site were refunded, and are working with the marina to ensure their rates are correct for other boaters going forward.
