The owner of this slip totally misrepresents this private slip behind his house as a premium slip in a professional marina with numerous amenities, including fuel docks, ships store, etc that do not exist as part of his property (with the exception of a swimming pool that had cloudy polluted water that presents a serious health hazard). No signage exists. Had to call the owner to get directions, who said he would send his dock hands to help us with dock lines upon arrival. No one ever showed. Only then did he admit it was just a slip behind his house. A complete fraud and priced above professional marinas. Ripoff. If I could rate it a zero I would. Requesting a refund.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all comments seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address concerns. Regarding your stay, I would like to clarify that when you and your guests arrived at our property, there was an incident involving unauthorized entry into one of the onsite condos. It appears that you and your party entered the unit without permission, possibly in an attempt to watch the Super Bowl. This incident was captured on video, and I was considering involving law enforcement but ultimately chose not to escalate the situation at that time. While we value all our guests, we do ask that all visitors respect our property and adhere to our guidelines. We sincerely hope that future experiences will be more positive and that such misunderstandings can be avoided.
