Provincetown Marina is a recent addition to the Snag-A-Slip family in the Cape Cod Bay! We’re mildly obsessed with New England, so here are all the details (and then some) that you will need for a fun trip!

Located nearly 60 miles out in the Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown Marina calls the very end of the Cape its home. Provincetown, Massachusetts is a must visit if you’re traveling along Cape Cod or the East Coast. The city is known for its extensive history, culture, and serene landscapes. The numerous sandy beaches along the coast are the perfect place to catch some much needed RnR. Of course, what would New England be without its iconic lighthouses and rocky shores? There are numerous active lighthouses you can tour in the area that provide the most picturesque views for your next social media post. You can even stay at Race Point Light Station, a lighthouse built to protect vessels from the rocky waters in 1816!

Provincetown is known as one of the top LGBTQ+ destinations in the United States and celebrates a variety of identities and cultures all year long. There is an entire website dedicated to the town’s pride events you can see here, and most of them are literally on the water or on the shoreline. No really…there is a pride ferry! The city also boasts its status as the “oldest continuous art colony in the country,” welcoming visitors and residents of all disciplines to come and be inspired. There are plenty of art galleries and boutiques to visit while in town as well! Here’s a list of some of the best galleries and their events throughout the year.

In 2016, Provincetown Marina came under new ownership and since then, the marina has undergone extensive renovations including including new state-of-the-art docks, facilities and more. The docks can comfortably fit vessels of all sizes with 100 slips that can accommodate vessels up to 300ft. There are 85 moorings with launch services and 725ft of concrete breakwater. The marina even offers electrical services up to 480 volt 3 phase! With a beautiful outdoor captain’s lounge, picnic area, and beaches on site, you may not even want to leave the property. The bathrooms and showers also got a recent face-lift! When the day draws to a close, visit the on-site restaurant 9 Ryder Seaside Dining to watch the sunset over the Bay.
