This boat slip is a 45' boat slip, Slip # B14 located in Frederica Marina that can accommodate up to a 43' LOA vessel. This is a private marina adjacent to Morning Star Marina. Slip is 45ft long, 20ft wide with over 8 ft deep at low tides. You have access to Morning Star Amenity shower, toilet, washer and dryer. Coffee shop, bar and restaurant on site; the rest is in town. This is a live aboard slip, no additional fee. Either you stay for the night or a few months, I will need a copy of your insurance with minimal coverage of 300K USD liability. Failing to provide the information on time will prevent you to dock the slip and they will be no refund.
Rates:
Nightly: $55 for 30 amp and $60 for 50amp per night
Monthly: $520. Electrical cost metered and charged on sight.
