I am selling the entire end of the A dock T-head which comprises a total of 100' of deepwater frontage. Where else can you own 100' of dockage for 1,000/ft.

The community is liveaboard friendly but only a few residents/owners are full time liveaboards. The Morningstar Marina is just adjoining and grants access to all its facilities to the owners of slips at Frederica Yacht Club.
