40' Slip on Beautiful Lake Chelan

We have a 40' boat slip and automobile parking spot available for rent at the upscale Sunset Marina (https://sunsetmarinalakechelan.com/) on beautiful Lake Chelan. The rental includes all the amenities of the Sunset Marina's clubhouse including a recreational lounge, kitchen, showers, washers-dryers, BBQ, and outdoor eating areas. Our slip is #F20 which is on the end of the dock and provides stunning views of Lake Chelan and an easy in and out of the Marina. The slip features access to electricity, water, Wi-Fi, a security system, & nearby sewage pump-out station. Sunset Marina is an easy walk to downtown Chelan and near some of the best wineries on the lake. Monthly rent for the months of May, June, July, August, and September is $1,150 with a one-month minimum. The slip also is available for Fall, Winter and Spring months at a reduced rate. We also will consider smaller boats for the slip at a reduced rate. Proof of insurance for the vessel is required.
