Fob required for access, which you can get from me or the office. You’ll need to sign a subletter’s agreement with the marina. There is also a 2’x4′ garden planter open for your use. Looking to rent February 1st through the end of April. Really want to fill this slip while I’m gone and have some flexibility dates.
