We arrive at 7 PM and the staff stayed until we made it to the dock. Instructions to get to the dock were clear and easy to follow.

Good place. Hard to know where our mooring was. There should be a plan online, it would be easier. Might be there and I never found it, but people at the office were there to help over the phone all the time.

There was a little confusion about which slip we were supposed to be in but we had a great time. Marina was clean and in a great location for the fireworks, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We will be back for sure! I thank the entire staff!

This place could use a little more TLC. The docs are covered with bird, droppings and sand! The parking lot reach an extra level of gravel. It turns to be muddy. Slip assignment seems to be confusing. The transient fee is reasonable, and the ice is cheap.

Now that we are under new ownership, we are working on a plan for upgrades to our facilities, including the parking lot. Your stay occurred during a busy 4 day fishing tournament, which meant our staff was busier than usual, and we apologize for any oversight regarding droppings on your dock. We do ask that boaters bring any issues like this to our attention immediately, so our team can address them while the boater is still on site. We hope to welcome you back for an improved stay in the future!

Great dock staff. Easy walk into Plattsburgh, and great meal at the Twisted Carrot restaurant. Fun party dockside at The Naked Turtle.

Nice slip and nice harbor but poor reservation coordination and not helpful staff.
