Cancellations less than forty eight (48) hours prior to the arrival date will result in the loss of the first day deposit plus tax. New Year 2025 The Dwyer's have taken ownership of the Marina at American Wharf and they are working hard to make lots of improvements to the facilities. There are many plans for the upcoming boating season and beyond. Being only 14 miles from the mouth of the Thames River on the Long Island Sound it makes The Marina a perfect "safe haven" during periods of foul weather. Also, coming later in the spring, the Marina will be providing a local restaurant with a new location. "These Guys" is currently four blocks from the Marina. "These Guys restaurant and Brewery will be moving into the restaurant facility at the Marina... Also, the Marina at American Wharf has just invested in shuttle transportation to take visitors to the Marina, with transportation to and from the Mashantucket and Foxwoods casinos. Now is the best time to make your plans to come up the Thames River and visit the Marina at American Wharf in Norwich Connecticut. Make it your Summer getaway destination and you will have a perfect starting point for all of Eastern Connecticut and the things to see and do here.

As of Spring, 2018 Marina at American Wharf no longer sells either gas or diesel. Mike Valentine is no longer the marina manager. Restaurant (this year) is good. Definitely call on Ch 68 even if you are simply visiting the restaurant.
