Summer rental term May 1 though October 31.
Rental fee includes:
- dock/boat bubbler de-icer system
- electricity
- fresh water (shut off mid -November and turned on in April)
- Access to Marina Club House, Bathrooms, Showers at the end of dock
- Private parking in safe, well lighted residential community.
Proof of $300,000 liability insurance required. Ask about discount for combined winter and summer rental terms.

StrictGuests must cancel within 24 hours of receiving confirmation to receive a full refund. The cancellation must occur at least 10 days before arrival. Refunds for cancellations made more than 24 hours of confirmation and less than 10 days before arrival are at the discretion of the owner.
