I’m offering a unique setup for the right person. This definitely isn’t for everyone, but I’ve been doing it successfully with multiple people over the last 2 years.

-At a private residence in Westlake near the 360 bridge
-Located off 360 loop so it's easy to get here from pretty much anywhere; 20 mins from downtown

-1 year lease with the ability to extend the arrangement indefinitely as long as this goes well

About you:
You’re a boat owner of a nice and new-ish wake surfing boat; 2019 or newer, preferably a Mastercraft X22 or X24, Nautique G23, or other nice wake surfing boat
Want to find a slip to park your boat for easy lake access
Low maintenance and flexible boat owner who's ok with your boat being used and taken good care of by a responsible and experienced boat captain
Casual boat owner that isn't using your boat constantly

About me:
Homeowner with two extra slips I’m renting out
Experienced wake surfer and boat captain looking for a boat I can use sparingly (only in instances where I can’t use the boat in my other slip; approximately 1-2 times per month, max)
Someone who knows how to take care of a boat, will treat your boat with care
Considerate, conscientious, generous, and easy to work with

The cost / rent setup = 2 options:
$3,000/month if you don’t want to do the boat share
$1,500/month if I can use the boat once or twice a month

The agreement is simple. Discounted rent on a boat slip in exchange for a boat share with mild usage by me.
