It includes municipal water, hydro, Wifi, unlimited pump outs, access to private beach, use of Marina pool, laundry facilities, showers, boater’s lounge, playground. Two motor vehicle parking spaces, trailer parking/storage. Boat may stay in slip for winter if tenant pays lift/lower fees. Cable TV/Satellite available at tenant’s expense.

This is a sheltered/clean marina. It has a licensed restaurant on site, large marine store, canvas shop, mechanics, travel lift, new fuel pumps/tanks, pump out facilities. It is located in Lagoon City (Brechin), Ontario on the Trent Waterway. 3 locks east of Georgian Bay. 1.5 hours north of GTA. There are 10 miles of Lagoons to explore if you don’t want to go out to the lake (some bridge height restrictions in internal Lagoons). Roads are paved and well lit. 3 additional restaurants within walking distance. Brechin is @3 k away with LCBO, bank, hardware, grocery, gas, propane, more restaurants and Tim Hortons.

Asking $5,000 CDN flat rate for the season. I do not have to remit sales tax. I pay income tax and will provide a receipt. Vessel/vehicles must be insured and tenant must sign and abide by Marina rules/regulations. Please contact for more information/photos.
