This marina has become very rundown. Many of the electrical posts are in poor condition and the breaker on one post wouldn't turn off. The staff are very nice, when they are around. The pump-out is constantly broken and sometimes will spray the user. Goose poop is never cleaned up and the weeds are atrocious. Many rudders and props would get tangled. We watched one man have to dive down to free his rudder. Security is low. We were having dinner on our boat and watched people accessing the dock. One night a sales guy came and gave us his card. Another time a lady was pestering us to hire her for boat inspection. Half the time the gates are not properly lock. Many dock boxes are derelict and broken. There are much nicer marinas on the lake and you may want to skip this one.

Nice place to stay for staging prior to transiting the Welland Canal. It's only about 3 miles away. We were confined to our boat due to Covid regs and so didn't get to see much but staff was friendly to deal with. Had to go next door to the Dalhousie Yacht Club for fuel and pump out but it's right around the corner so it's pretty easy!
