They put me on the gas dock with no power or water and said they don’t have anything to do with Snag-A-Slip! I kept showing my email confirmation and they finally called the owner who allowed me to run a long cord to a power source.
We were sorry to hear this boater was disappointed with their stay on site. This customer arrived after hours when the marina staff had already left for the day, but they were assisted by a bartender on site. The customer was set up with electricity and our dockmaster personally spoke with them on site over coffee the next morning. We hope to welcome them back in the future.
