Fantastic location in Key West (Key Haven Neighborhood) with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Power and water on site for light rinsing. Secured storage for a small fee. Can store boat trailer in driveway. No loud music, as this is a residential home on the canal in a family friendly neighborhood. Must be leave the premises 30 minutes after sundown. Not permitted to filet fish dockside. In the event Key West, the Florida Keys or the Dry Tortugas is in the “cone” for a Tropical Storm or Hurricane; must immediately vacate premises with a prorated refund. The opposite slip is owner occupied. The depth at the center of the canal is 8-10 feet; however, the depth at the entrance of the canal is 3-5 feet depending on the tides. Public launch ramp is located off US1 Highway, near Key Haven. No live aboard permitted. Not responsible for injuries or theft on property.
