Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is due at the time of reservation. Cancellations are eligible for a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee, if notice is given at least seven (7) days before the arrival date. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the arrival date will be eligible for a refund, less a 50% cancellation fee. Departing a reservation early, is a forfeiture of payment on remaining days of the booked reservation.

Long Term Transients are subject to a different deposit and cancellation fee. Call for details.

Really great experience. Buddy was incredibly helpful; got me in early, gave me a great overview of the place. Great facility; smaller, but good workout room, really nice bathroom, great location on Spa Creek. Everyone was really friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great marina! Floating docks, free laundry (only one machine), really nice bathrooms/showers including outdoor showers. Also has Bluewater Yacht Services on site. We had our oil changed, crank case filter and engine belts replaced. Dan and Steve were amazing!!!

Great location walk to great restaurants 5 min and downtown 10 min. new docks and a boat yard on the premises. Staff is very helpful and a wonderful upscale setting. Very calm location in a small creek.
