Cancellation Policy: In most cases, payment in full is due at the time of reservation. Cancellations are eligible for a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee, if notice is given at least eight (8) days before the arrival date. Cancellations made on or within seven (7) days of the arrival date will be eligible for a refund, less a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made after the commencement of the reservation, or early termination, is eligible for a refund, less 50% of the remaining days on the reservation.

*Stay minimums must be met to keep quoted rate, otherwise rates may be adjusted.

Long Term Transients are subject to a different deposit and cancellation fee. Call for details.

What does this place have? Location, Location, Location!!! As for amenities, they have one washer and dryer for the entire marina, but there are not enough showers: one indoor per sex and one outdoor. The marina is always locked, and the owner's daughter has to unlock it to let you in. Don't expect to be helped when you dock, since the "Dock Master" is slow and very unresponsive.

This is a great location out of the main fray of boats, but with easy access to everything Eastport and Annapolis has to offer! We stayed here during the Naval Academy's Commissioning (Graduation) week on our Great Loop journey. The drawbridge in Spa Creek opens on the 1/2 hour. Communication with the marina was easy and personable, the floating docks are convenient with a nice green area for dog-walking. There is laundry, restrooms, showers and a work-out center on site. This is a gated facility in a nice neighborhood best biked to get to stores and restaurants. There is also a water taxi which stops at the marina's covered slip area that you can take right to Annapolis's main street. Be sure to tour the Naval Academy, have a biscuit at Chick N' Ruth's, eat a great meal at Preserve and have a hand-made ice cream at Annapolis Ice Cream Company!

We've been fortunate enough to stay at South Annapolis Yacht Centre since November, and it has been an absolutely outstanding experience from day one. The location can't be beat—situated on Spa Creek right near the heart of Annapolis and Eastport, it provides easy access to local shops, restaurants, bars, and the vibrant maritime community. The dock staff and office team are friendly, and attentive, and go out of their way to ensure a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Whether you're looking for assistance with docking or need local recommendations, they're always happy to help. The facilities themselves are top-notch. The floating docks are very well-maintained, the restrooms and showers are impeccably clean, and the on-site services (including laundry and Wi-Fi) add to the seamless marina experience. We especially appreciate the secure environment and the beautiful surroundings—watching the sun set over the water each evening is a highlight we've come to enjoy. If it weren't for the colder winter temperatures, we'd be tempted to extend our stay even longer! We can't recommend South Annapolis Yacht Centre enough for anyone looking for a welcoming, well-appointed marina experience in the Annapolis area. We'll definitely be back once the weather warms up!

Really great experience. Buddy was incredibly helpful; got me in early, gave me a great overview of the place. Great facility; smaller, but good workout room, really nice bathroom, great location on Spa Creek. Everyone was really friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great marina! Floating docks, free laundry (only one machine), really nice bathrooms/showers including outdoor showers. Also has Bluewater Yacht Services on site. We had our oil changed, crank case filter and engine belts replaced. Dan and Steve were amazing!!!

Great location walk to great restaurants 5 min and downtown 10 min. new docks and a boat yard on the premises. Staff is very helpful and a wonderful upscale setting. Very calm location in a small creek.
