Haven Harbour Marina

We were on a mooring ball for a few nights. This is a GREAT marina with a beautiful pool, bikes and amazing staff. The dinghy dock was a little far from the moorings and the bathrooms were pretty run down for such a nice marina, but overall we had a great stay. The sunsets were beautiful from the mooring field and protection from wakes and wind was excellent.

Haven Harbour is a nice marina. We were put in the travel lift slip so not as nice an atmosphere as other parts of the marina, but we guess thats what they had. The bath houses and rooms were not very tidy and no air conditioning. The bar/ restaurant did not open due to lack of employees.

Resort style marina with nice floating docks, we were placed on the outside, so with a bow-in tie, you have a nice view of the creek off the transom. Free marina bikes, ride in the main village for restaurants. Helpful dockhand.

Great full-service marina. The customer service is tremendous and the Inn was well-kept and unique. I would highly recommend you stop in and check out Rock Hall!

Great weekend! Super friendly staff. Clean, updated docks and grounds. Easy walk to a few restaurants and shuttle is available for rides to town.

Stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Dockhands were great; easy in/out. Location is great close but not in the crowds.

Facility is great but the bathroom cleaning schedule did not keep up with the demand. The trash cans were fill throughout the day.

The "free bikes" were never available. In fact, two times we tried to get some the bikes were there but the staff could not find the keys to unlock them.

The Haven Harbour team did not disappoint. After radio acknowledgement of my arrival I was met at my slip and assisted with lines and power cord. The office team helped us with transportation to Chestertown for the annual boat races. We had a great weekend.

This was the start of our 5-day adventure down the river. This was our favorite marina and staff as far as to help and views. Everything was perfect with 2 children. They enjoyed the playground and the marina had a private room to be used by boaters. We had our boat hauled and pressured washed with a days notice. They provided a loaner vehicle and great service. Our most favorite area and marina overhaul. Can't wait to go back.

This is not our first time using this fuel dock. Th fuel dock is located on land at the end of a fairway and there is really no room for waiting boats. Having used the fuel dock previously, we radioed ahead to determine if the dock was available before entering the marina.

The dockhand was very helpful in getting our boat secured to the fuel dock, fueled and pumped-out. The marina offers a bulk discount for purchases over 100gal.

We initially chose this marina for its non-boating amenities which are important considerations when traveling with two grandkids. By all regards, this is a first class facility. A well marked channel leads to a large up to date marina. This is a full service marina with virtually every amenity including a very well stocked ships store. The staff is friendly and super helpful. It is about a mile walk to town or five minutes on a complementary bicycle. The neighborhood is filled with hidden gems. Two not to miss are the Muskrat Alley Cafe about four blocks down the road and the wetlands preserve across the street from the cafe.

Dock hands and bar staff wonderful. The amenities advertised were either not available or were minimal. People were hoarding the bikes so no one else could use. We also got some very rude behavior from slip holders about how they didn’t want transients there. We paid good money to be there!!

Loved Haven Harbour. We were greeted by Ben when we arrived and he helped us get settled. Everyone on the Staff were gracious. Great amenities and very peaceful. We will be back.

Haven Harbor fuel dock had the best price for diesel along our cruise course with a volume discount. Access to the dock from the creek is through a fairly narrow fairway, so slower is better when approaching and coming along side of the dock. If another boat is already at the dock, better to wait in Swan Creek and be called in by the staff. Location is great with minimal potential for rocking from wakes.

Stayed a week on their new Blue Dock. Dockmaster GRETA is a jewel to work with as well as the rest of the staff. Amenities outstanding and Rock Hall a real nice place reached by marina beach cruiser bikes. This is definitely a place to return to.

Easy to see why Haven Harbor is rated highly year after year, our 1st stay was nothing less than impressive. Grounds were impeccable, staff AAA, loved the adult pool & bikes for a ride into town. We will return !
