We stayed here as transients for a few weeks. The docks and facilities were in pretty good shape, with lots of work being done to improve the few areas that weren't.
The marina is very secure. The marina staff were very helpful.
There seemed to me to be an excessive amount of weather affecting the boats in the marina. It's pretty exposed.
Other than the one bar, you'll have to travel for food and shopping, and the main road is a little awkward to get in and out of.
The single most frustrating thing for me though was the road noise. It's right next to a major bridge and there is traffic including large trucks driving over the bridge 24h/day. Literally. It's definitely a better place to leave your boat than to try to live on your boat.

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Depth is good. I have had no issues with the facilities. The beach area is a great spot to hangout. The marina is a little exposed to weather sometimes but that happens almost anywhere.

The staff were extremely friendly. They kindly accepted packages for us. Great group of people. Problem was the power. We averaged about 108V. We lost power several times over the month. We could only run one AC and often did not have enough power for it. Could not heat water if the AC was running. Not enough power. Could not get internet on the boat. Had to sit close to the office. No way could you stream a movie. Cell coverage (not their fault) was not good either. Very expensive for a transient for a month. Expected good power and internet for the price we were paying.
