Santana Sailboat 22' & Mooring in Monterey City Harbor

The mooring is in the first line after the slips at Breakwater Cove and about a 5minute kayak from there as well. About a 10min kayak to the opposite side of the cove, there are private bathrooms, showers, and parking for mooring owners only that you have access to. You can pick up a few open wifi networks from the mooring. You also have the option to rent a dingy from Monterey Harbor. Currently the waitlist in Monterey for that size mooring is a few years. If you buy the boat you can skip the line. The boat itself sails but could use a clean up. There is a-lot of extra gear including an extra set of sails that comes along with the boat.
