Please be advised: The South Harbour Island fixed bridge vertical clearance is incorrectly charted at 10'. The actual clearance at high tide is approximately 16 feet. The clearance at low tide is approximately 18 feet.

Friendly and helpful dockmaster. If you're staying at the hotel this is a first-rate experience. Marina office is not fully staffed so check-in can be awkward

Excellent location but by far the most expensive slip pricing for the area. Walt does a great job from docking to checking if there any further requirements daily.

The dock master was pleasant and helpful during our entire visit. The location is great. Our only complaint is the late night issues we had with guests tossing water bottles from balconies of the hotel. We reported this to the hotel and the manager came out to the marina. He did not seem to think it was a big issue since no one was hit. I occurred again later in the evening and we called again but no one from the hotel management came out. The manager originally stated he would send security out to watch but this did not occur.

Service was outstanding! Walt was on top of delivering ice and towels to us daily at the marina. He also brought my son a cute little gift bag with some fun trinkets and stuffed animals. Super awesome experience and will definitely return!

Everything was great until a pontoon boat docked up late next to our slip. They docked on a floating platform, not the standard dock, and the distance between that platform and the regular marina docks is less, putting the pontoon boat less than 2 feet away from our boat. Then, they came back around 1:30 am to party on the pontoon boat while everyone else in the marina was trying to sleep. Security finally got them to turn off their music. Then one of the guys stayed on the boat for another hour having a sexually explicit conversation on the phone before finally going back to his hotel room. This ruined the whole night and I didn't get to sleep at all.

Snag-A-Slip reached out to the marina manager for further comment but did not hear back regarding this review.

Only complaint would be that there was nobody available when we arrived to help us dock. But the docking was easy. Wide slip, no current, no wind at the time.

Great location on the active river walk area and everything that comes with that. Marina sits right in the back of the hotel with full access to the amenities and restaurants.

The marina itself was great and deserves five stars Earl the dock manager was excellent also. My problem is the hotel is so snobby tried eating there twice and tried getting drinks there lots of empty tables and was told are all reserved for somebody else and was told in such a snobby way sent across the street to the other Marriott. They had about 40 or 50 tables only four of them was occupied and was told the same thing, very very snobby host at the Marriott itself. Did not spend one penny at the Marriott itself lots of great places around to eat and get drinks that treat you very well just don’t plan on spending any money at the Marriott.

Excellent Maria. Marina bathrooms/Fitness center needs more lighting. Very dark lightening and only outlet for blow dryers and curling irons. Makes it very hard when multiple women are showering and getting dressed.

Best marina to stay in downtown Tampa with full amenities including laundry, spa like showers, gym and beautiful 3rd floor outdoor pool. Wonderful food (you can order room service on your boat) and bar and the staff, including the dock master Earle, are amazing. We keep our boat there year-round and wouldn't have it any other way. Must be able to clear bridge - I believe approx 17ft.
The walk down river walk is wonderful at night - plenty of dining options as well as food delivery with the apps door dash or uber eats.

A Note from the Marina:
The S. Franklin Bridge is charted at 10 feet. According to the marina website the vertical clearance is approximately 18 feet at low tide and 16 feet at high tide.
