This boat slip is located in Coral Lagoon Marina, a private marina in Marathon, FL. Live aboards are not allowed and $300,000 liability are required by the marina.

This marina is located on the ocean side, so it’s 5 minutes to the ocean with no bridges. In the same time you can go under the vaca cut bridge and be on the gulf side. The marina has its own boat ramp, pool, bathroom, showers and a cleaning station. Through the dock master you can rent trailer parking and rent work racks for cleaning, detailing and light maintenance. They also have diesel, rec 90 and ice. The slip has water and 50 amp electrical included. I have the slip listed for monthly rentals but can do nightly rentals for $2.50/ foot per night.
