Super easy process. Marina manager was super nice, descriptive and accommodating. Docks were very clean and safe as there is security over night. Would highly recommend!

The initial dockhand that met us was useless. It looked as if that was his first time on a dock. He failed to advise me I was getting close to the wall at the stern and I bumped into it damaging snaps on the transom. He stood there and just watched, no help at all. I had to tell him to get on the boat and help. It was a little windy so I was having some trouble. The second dockhand was of great help but the first one just stood and watch. He needs to be trained. All else was fine. The other dock hands were very helpful.

They are having power issues at the marina and in the middle of the night my air-conditioning quit working for lack of power which made me sweat with the heat outside had to sleep outside of my boat and it was unpleasant!

At 4:30 AM the power to my air conditioning went out. After assuming it was a problem with my unit, I discovered there were three more boats on our dock with the same problem. One individual indicated this had happened twice before at this marina. We were offered an opportunity to change to a dock on the other side of the marina, however, this one presented us with the same problem. So, instead of staying a second night, we left one day early. This was our first and LAST visit to the Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort and Marina. WE WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR THE SECOND NIGHT. WE EXPECT TO SEE A CREDIT TO OUR CREDIT CARD . If anyone wants to contact me, I would be happy to discuss this with them.

We stayed at the Tdock. It was in poor shape. Pilings are coming apart, pieces of concrete falling down. Marina people never answer the radio. Marina is off intracoastal, though it’s easy getting in and out, it’s very windy and tidal. Would not stay there again.

Rick and all the crew were incredible! They were Johnny on the spot with the lines during some very windy conditions. Facilities were nice and pool activities for the kids were very handy. Rick even went so far as to find a beautiful coffee table book of the "First 25 Years of Ocean Alexander" for us to keep with our new to us Ocean Alexander 56 Long Range Cruiser.

Friendly pool bar on site with great food. Had a delicious ribeye and Thai shrimp and cocktails at the bar. They served food until 10:00 PM making our worries about late arrival meaningless. Helpful staff dockside. Great stay on a quick overnight

We were stuck here for 6 months waiting on an insurance claim. Really bad storms mean 4-6' swells in the slip. The amenities at the hotel aren't bad. There is a grocery store within walking distance and Stuart beach is nice to take the dog to. It is definitely geared towards an older crowd. If you are planning on staying a few nights, it is a good place to hang out. It is in need of an update, the concrete docks are falling apart and expect local fishermen throwing lines on your boat. If you are facing south in this marina expect to be bounced around constantly.

Dock master seemed bothered by me upon arrival. I paid for a slip and was put on the side of the dock. Boat was moved and bumpers were tampered with. Boat hit the concrete structure as a result.

Nobody answers the phone or email ended up not even docking and charged 3 nights. Can’t get docking number and phone numbers associated with marina ring and ring. Paid around $250 for not even using service or docking for tournament

Braden was great! I think out of all the marina we have stayed over the last 2 weeks he provided the best 5star service. I called us to check in and make sure we were prepared. Upon arrival he was at our slip and made things very easy. We are new to Florida and our boat and he provided us with a wealth of information. We would definitely come back to the marina!

Marina and slip experience was good. The problem is staying at the resort we expected to be able to use the amenities. The food at the pool was terrible we actually could not even eat the meal. Then we where willing to try the Baha and it was closed for dinner. It seems like you are under staffed at the resort both for meals and even something as simple as a shuttle. We golfed which the course was great but to get a ride back took and hour to get ahold of front desk then you didn’t even have a driver in that day someone from maintenance they said picked us up. We definitely would not recommend your facility to other people. That is to bad because our first visit a few years ago was nice. Bottom line disappointing overall experience at your resort. We would not recommend other people visit.
