Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the door man to the people at the pool. Alyna at the pool could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We truly love to come to visit. We will be back in September!! The slip is perfect. The water leaks at the pedestal and has for the past year. This should be addressed as we are wasting water

Dock was covered in bird feces. I spent an hour cleaning it. Nothing left on dock, no instructions.

High point: location. Low: amenities. This in the MIDDLE of the action of the Fells Point bar/restaurant scene. This floating dock in over 20 feet of depth is only 100’ long with 2 power risers and water supply. So, if traveling with 2 medium-sized boats the pier will be full. Gated security to the pier is excellent. Moored next to 5-star Pendry Hotel, but this dock is NOT owned by the hotel—it is managed by Oasis that also runs the nearby Harbor East Marina. So, no marina amenities: no showers, laundry, no dockhands, etc. NOTE: Part of being in the action is that the bar scene on the weekends goes until 2:00am with lots of noise. Across the slip is the pickup point for the Pirate booze cruise with tons of rowdy passengers. We normally stay at Harbor East, but picked this one to enjoy the pre-Halloween scene which was great. Right to tons of great restaurants and bars, and also a 10-15 minute walk to Safeway grocery and West Marine in nearby Canton.

There should be a card key to enter the hotel. The gate lock is very difficult to use.

Sadly not so great. Slip was occupied when we arrived, supposed to be empty according to HM, gave 15 mins notice that we were about to arrive and informed that we were on our own and docking assistance would not be provided. The dock is good, location good, no showers. Close to bars that are a bit noisy.

My arrival was met by security telling me I couldn’t be there. I had a reservation at both the dock with Oasis through Snag-A-Slip and a reservation with the front desk for a room. After waiting at the locked gate for an hour, I picked the lock and let myself in. Then none of the codes given to me worked for the gate and even though I was the only boat on the dock they wouldn’t leave the gate open. I had to climb the gate twice and then pick the lock from the inside to access my boat for $200 a night. This had nothing to do with Oasis or Snag-A-Slip. The Pendry needs to get it together with their dock service and gate. I do not recommend using this dock. Stay at Harbor East and get the free ride from The Pendry if you are staying at The Pendry.
A Note from the Marina:We are disappointed that the boater did not have a great experience with The Pendry Hotel & Dock, but still welcome their feedback and appreciate that they took time to write this review. Their experience does not reflect our values at Oasis Marinas or the experience we desire our guests to have when staying at any property. We will ensure to take the necessary steps to prevent a situation like this in the future, and this information will be used to improve our communication process with The Pendry Hotel staff. An Oasis Marinas representative also contacted this boater by phone directly regarding this situation and to offer compensation for their experience. We hope to welcome them back to any marina in our group of properties in the future.

Private dock at a great hotel. No internet. Could use an house account while staying. The access card did not give access to the gate at the end of the dock. The location and the Hotel is fabulous.

Sagamore Pendry Pier is an experience we have booked for several Labor Day Weekends. Love location, security, privacy. Snag-A-Slip App has made Oasis bookings more convenient. Oasis Team has been good but we have Pendry concerns that make us debate every year whether to go elsewhere. Below + / - intended to be helpful. I know rooms are twice the price and up BUT Pendry needs to decide whether Oasis clients are valued guests or not. Pros: Thank you Oasis for having dockhand for arrival & thank you Oasis for welcome bag W/HOTEL DOOR ACCESS CARDS! Recommended year after year - so nice not to have to hunt down security for cards. Cons: Terrible pool policy (COVID is no excuse as so few guests are added) Denying same access given to room guests makes pier guests 2nd class. No Guest WiFi! Public Access does not reach. How hard is it to give Guest access? You can make $ on bandwidth options. No trash receptacle for pier. Silly! We’d pay $250/night if Pendry fixed guest disparities

Oasis offered to meet us at the dock and I said no due to the weather and really not needing a hand docking. They said The Pendry was expecting us. When we got there, they were not expecting us and there was no welcome packet or bag, no gate code, no access card, & no pool pass. I had to check in at the front desk that had no clue. The manager had to look up the gate code and write it on a scrap piece of paper. They had no key card to get through the door to the dock and had to call security to have them make a card....20 min later they gave me a contractor badge to get through the door. I was the 1st one to stay there 4 years ago, they still have not gotten any better. I will request someone from Oasis to meet us there next time and let them stand in line to get the access card/ pool passes.
A Note from the Marina:We are sorry to see that this boater had a poor experience on site. We did reach out to them directly to discuss this experience so that we can improve our docking and check in process in the future. We hope this boater enjoyed the rest of their stay on site and that we can welcome them back for an improved experience in the future.

Tonja of OASIS was wonderful - there to greet us and facilitated pool access passes. The hotel staff was friendly in person but less so when calling for info beforehand. I think hotel leadership needs to decide if they are going to treat paying overnight dock guests as full fledged guests of the hotel or not. I know rooms are more expensive than dockage fees, and imagine limited dock space is not a money maker, but marina guests should not be made to feel like second class guests. Some simple suggestions. 1. Have a simple welcome packet ready for multi-night marina guests that includes the necessary security card to get in through the red door 2. As the Pendry Public Access WiFi doesn't reach the Pier, provide Pendry Guest WiFi access - even if there is an up charge.. 3. Provide trash/recycle receptacles for the pier 4. Marinas of far less stature than The Pendry offer slip holders a place to shower - grant access to gym or pool showers. We were told no showers.

Friendly dock hand when checking in. No dock hand when checking out. $200 for an overnight slip in Baltimore is excessive.

Location was great, dockmaster was helpful - she showed up when we called. Expensive slip and another $50 per person to use the Pendry Pool should be more reasonable, like $20 per person.
Snag It.
