It’s been a great day of boating, you’ve just docked at your Snag-A-Slip reservation or it’s after the Annapolis Sailboat Show 2019 and now it’s time to kick back and relax on the boat. All you need is nice, cool refreshment to celebrate a great day on the water. Lucky for you, we have five of the best captain cocktail recipes to try.

Dark & Stormy
If you’ve never had a Dark & Stormy, you’re going to want to. This easy and delicious captain cocktail comes together with three simple ingredients to create a refreshing drink that will become your next go-to.
Ingredients:
3 oz. of Dark Rum
2 oz. of Ginger Beer
Lime
Tropical Sangria

Ingredients:
1 bottle of sweet white wine
¾ cup of pineapple juice
½ cup of orange juice
1 cup coconut rum
Fresh sliced tropical fruit (i.e, kiwi, oranges, mango, etc.)
Mojito
This spin on a Cuban cocktail is full of flavor with tangy lime, mint and sweetness. We definitely recommend this drink if you want to stay refreshed – it’s perfect for a hot summer day. See the full recipe here!

2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh lime juice
2 heaping teaspoons superfine sugar
12 fresh mint leaves, plus 5 small sprigs for garnish
1/4 cup (2 ounces) white rum
2 tablespoons (1 ounce) club soda
Pineapple Breeze
Pineapple Breeze – this sounds like the name of my next boat! This cocktail brings together the flavors of pineapple, lime and rum to create a sweet refreshment.
Ingredients:
2 oz. light rum
2.5 oz. pineapple juice
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. Demerara Sugar Simple Syrup
Orange Crush
