If you’re touring the West Coast and Pacific Ocean, we recommend visiting Washington State. Washington is the perfect destination to visit for beautiful views, nice weather, and a relaxing future getaway you deserve!

Located in Blaine, Washington along the beautiful Semiahmoo Bay, Semiahmoo Marina overlooks the border between Canada and the United States and offers a true boater’s paradise. This full-service marina combines amazing views, amenities, and luxury resort convenience during your stay. The nearby tennis courts are the perfect place for a few friendly (or competitive) matches with family and friends. Start your morning at Seaview Cafe with a delicious breakfast and coffee. There are three fantastic sit-down restaurants to choose from including Pierside Kitchen Great Blue Heron Grill and Packer’s Oyster Bar – all offering a variety of drinks and fare of Washington State.

Point Roberts Marina is across the Strait of Georgia from Semiahmoo…maybe add a second stop on your journey in Northern Washington State? Point Roberts is a resort-style facility in close proximity to the San Juan Islands, Canadian Gulf Islands, Victoria, and downtown Vancouver. Just make sure to bring your passport! There are plenty of amenities dockside if you aren’t feeling an adventure including showers and restrooms as well as access to Westwind Marine Service. Grab a bite at Compass Rose Bar & Grill – a perfect mix between casual and classic that is the perfect way to end an exciting day on the water.

Next up if you’re headed South, head to Gig Harbor, Washington State and dock at Gig Harbor Marina Boatyard. This marina is the only full-service facility in Gig Harbour, offering a ton of maintenance and troubleshooting. With a beautiful and scenic picnic area and other great amenities, you will never have to leave the property. The Trolley, the famous and unique food truck, takes permanent residence at the marina. Here, you can get breakfast and lunch, Wednesday through Sunday as well as a special “Dog Menu” for those of you with fur-babies. Gig Harbor is awesome and we definitely recommend hitting the town for a memorable trip!

Plan a stop at Foss Harbor Marina along the shores of Tacoma, Washington. Proudly named 2015’s Clean Marina of the Year, the docks offer boaters modern facilities in close proximity to downtown Tacoma. In addition to the extensive list of amenities, you can grab a bite or stock up on supplies at the marina market. Nothing suiting your fancy? That’s alright! The town is within walking distance and we recommend going on a jaunt to discover great restaurants and neat boutiques and shops. Finish your day at the marina’s beautiful picnic area and watch the sunset with friends and family.

Please note: WiFi at the marina is a $5 charge.
